Invertebrate diversity

A very good visual reminder of why invertebrates are important to study…even if they aren’t all cute and fluffy! (Copyright © 2013 DeHavelle.com – All Rights Reserved, taken from http://www.dehavelle.com/2012/10/octopi-wall-street/ [accessed on: 22.01.13.])

  1. I chuckled to see this link — I’m a big cephalopod enthusiast as well, as you probably noticed. But the image itself is not my work.

There’s another version out there as well, but the octopus is relatively poorly drawn. This one suited my fancy rather more.

Good luck with your new invertebrate blog. And if you’re interested in reading a novel where invertebrates are the main (really the only) characters, let me know!
